Your business inquiry

Megasamsotite Incorporated collects the name, company, email, phone number, product interest, estimated quantity, requirements, preferred contact method and consent you provide. We use these details to review your request, contact you and send an inquiry confirmation. Required fields are marked on the form. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Where your details go

Our website is hosted on Vercel. Inquiry records are stored using Google Sheets and Google Apps Script, and inquiry emails are sent through Google. Our team members who handle inquiries may access these details. These providers may process information outside the Philippines.

Website activity

We count page views, estimated visits, broad referral categories, brochure download clicks and saved inquiries to understand how the website is used. Daily totals are stored in our private Google Sheet. We do not collect visitor names, email addresses, IP addresses, full referral URLs or URL query strings through activity tracking. Temporary browser-tab storage remembers the referral category and last page-view time; a visit restarts after 30 minutes without a recorded page view. These estimates do not identify unique people. Random event IDs are cached briefly to reduce duplicate counts. We respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Blockers and connection failures can prevent tracking. Download-click counts do not confirm completed downloads. Hosting providers may separately maintain operational and security logs.

You may contact us to ask about your inquiry information, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw consent for further processing, subject to applicable requirements. You may also call or email us directly instead of submitting the form.
